Once a very small basement, this area was tunnelled out to create a family space to relax, play and entertain. Its super yacht-inspired details, high gloss finishes, and gorgeous custom furniture, give a nod to a previous owner, Harold Vanderbilt, an America’s Cup skipper back in the days of the original America’s Cup. We displayed the owner’s collection of J Boats in honor of Mr Vanderbilt’s many sailing successes.
